In our small family bakery we use original Bavarian pretzels to create our famous snack, which is a signature in some of the most exclusive hotels and bars.

The secret of our favorite honey mustard? 

First, we dip our pretzel pieces in extra virgin olive oil and bake them extra crunchy. For the perfect combination of savoury and sweet we combine two different mustard seeds with delicious honey and onions. A truely special snack to start the evening or as a crispy topping for salads, bowls or soups.
