In our small family bakery we use original Bavarian pretzels to create our famous snack, which is a signature in some of the most exclusive hotels and bars.

The secret of our beloved rosemary?

We gently heat rosemary needles in extra virgin olive oil, then dip our pretzel pieces in the aromatic mix and season with fine rosemary alpine salt. A very special snack to accompany your aperitivo or as a crispy topping for salads, bowls or soups.
