In our small family bakery we use original Bavarian pretzels to create our famous snack, which is a signature in some of the most exclusive hotels and bars.
The secret of our most exclusive variant truffles?
First, we dip our pretzel pieces in extra virgin olive oil and bake then extra crunchy. We then use real summer truffles to achieve the unique taste beloved around the world. The queen of mushrooms is a treat for every gourmet and a very special start to an exclusive dinner. Or as a topping for fine soups, salads and bowls.
